We have spent 8 nights in January 2012 in this wonderful villa. We were a group of 10 friends - age between 25 and 35 - and we felt that we are in paradise from the first moment. Perfect and safe location, absolutely friendly staff (Maria, Bernardo and Noel), quiet area but very close to sightseeing you must to see (Xel-ha, Tulum, Paradise beach). Car rental is recommended. The only "negative" thing that the restaurants which are within walking distance are a bit expensive. Better choice to eat in Tulum downtown or prepare your own food. Overall, Casa Rosa is a great choice for vacation rental. Fully recommended.
