All around fabulous. Architectually stunning. 4 of the 5 bedrooms spacious and lovely. We enjoyed the cook service and area restaurants. We enjoyed both the town of Akumal and the beaches of Tulum. There is turtle grass in the water, so most days we spent at the house our chairs and toes were in the water, margaritas in hand. Paradise. An excellent value in November. 5 40-something couples... could not stay in a hotel for less.
