Service was great, better than a hotel. you will have a private housekeeper, a private gardener along with a staff of local guides who have lived in the area all their lives and are the heartbeat of the local community and the dive/reef industry.They also contribute to the wellfare and preservation of their towne an reef.

We love Casa Palapa. We've been two years in a row, and my kids want to go back every year. It is just a peaceful, relaxing place to hang out. Quiet, right on the beach, great location if you want to go snorkeling or explore Maya ruins. It is a great deal and the staff is very friendly and helpful. And they have satellite TV and wi-fi!

Dear Customer Team of Loco Gringo,
I would like to share with you my comments related to my time in Casa Palapa and Casita Debita from December 11th – December 15th, 2010.
I found the house very clean and neat at the moment I arrived together with my family, mostly every one was very happy to see the large bedrooms and comfortable beds.
The impeccable clean toilets and douches were and exceptional present for us, but the most overwhelming surprise came the next day early in the morning, when the house was full of the light of the sunrise together with the sounds of the Caribbean sea, the view from the balcony is just perfect.
The location of the house is excellent for a family like us who wanted to relax and enjoy the beautiful white sand beach and the fantastic blue sea. It is a great comfort to have access to beach just in front of the house.
Our great time couldn't be complete without the great friendly and attentive staff of Casa Palapa and Casita Debita, they were very helpful and took great care of their work.
The great cooking squeals of Pio made the end of every day a great pleasure.
We are very happy to have chosen Casa Palapa and Casita Debita, it is sure we will contemplate the chance to come back again in the future as well as to look for new adventures and destinations always with Loco Gringo.

I stayed here a few years ago and it looks like they still have the same furnishings. They were old and worn then, so they must be awful now. The place overall was nice, but you have to travel to get everywhere. No restaurants or anything near. Service was good. Laundry inaccessible. Beach nice with few rocks.

First stay here, but in this area our third year. Totally relaxing, right on beach, close to golf, restaurants, and Tulum.
Villa is comfortable, roomy, and provided all our needs.
