This is a great find. A 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom house with AC, pool and just three minutes walking from Akumal's glorious main beach on Akumal Bay. This is an ideal location plus there's a deluxe kitchen, satellite TV. Sleeps 6

There is something you need to know about this house...it has a RECLINER! Better stake claim when you get there because we were always fighting over who gets it. The location is just minutes to the beach, groceries, and restaurants. It is very private and the house is so cute....love the kitchen...and the cat that always wants in to be fed...we had a problem with the pool not working the whole time we were there, so that was quite a disappointment since one of our friends doesn't swim, and the shallow pool is why she came with us...I'm sure it's not a problem now though since I did tell LG...I would stay there again in a minute!!

I have been fortunate enough to be involved with Casa Maleno since it has been built. The house is very comfortable and well appointed. It has the best location in Akumal, across the street from the beach and right in "downtown" Akumal. This is where my family always stays when coming to visit. True you do not have an ocean view but Akumal Bay is right there.
