We love Villa Iguana so much and Soliman Bay has some of the best beaches in the area. While we have stayed at other villas in Akumal, this was our 2nd stay at Villa Iguana and we are already planning our next vacation there. The staff are wonderful, including Jose who cooked for us for the week. I also love having the option of dining at Chamico's at one end of the bay or at the Sahara Cafe at the other end (easy walking distance to both). During our 1st stay back in 2007, this was not an option.
The grounds at the villa are beautiful--right out of a postcard. (This in NOT an exageration)
We can't wait to return!!! Thank you for the fabulous memories.

We stayed at Villa Iguana many years ago with two children. The home and surroundings are beautiful. We enjoyed snorkeling in the bay and swimming in the pool with the home. We used the chef that came with the property and the meals were fantastic. He even cooked our bait (octopus) and it was fabulous. Fresh chips and salsa every night. We've never forgotten our vacation there. Looking at the pictures makes me want to go back.

My husband and I had the opportunity to stay at this wonderful home after our wedding. The house was perfect. Very comfortable and the staff was amazing. The snorkeling was some of the best I have experienced along the coast. I found the place to be tranquil and beautiful and still keep a photo on my desk of us in the pool to remind me of the great time we had while staying at Villa Iguana.

My husband and I stayed here after our wedding and it was wonderful! The staff was amazing and the snorkeling was some of the best I have ever experienced along the coast. I still keep a photo of us in the swimming pool on my desk to remind me of the amazing time we had at Villa Iguana.
