We loved the location and the beach. THe views were beautiful and the staff took very good care of us. Our frustrations came about because we did not have hot water on an "as needed" basis. We took cold showers or no showers at all several times. We had to ask each day at least once for hot water. Finally, a day before we left someone came and fixed the hot water heater! It was extremely annoying and frustrating to not have such a basic thing as hot water. Also, the doors all opened to the outside so we had a total of 8 keys for the property - it was very inconvenient to always have to worry about keys. We would have preferred a "normal" villa that had one main door. Finally, we had trouble with the satellite and DVD players in about every room and the smallest room did not even have an electrical outlet. We just wanted things to work! We would not return to this villa again - it definitely was a negative for our vacation and we spent way too much money for what we got from the villa standpoint.
