This hous Blew me away. It is Beautiful!!!! I was traveling with my family. The house fit us all comfortably The views from the roof were breathtaking. The staff was friendly I only wish I had a better handle on speaking Spanish in order to communicate better with them! I would reccomend this house to any family who wants to be close to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. I really want to thank the owner!!!!!!

The home was beautifully decorated! The living room was very inviting and comfortable.
It was very nice to be able to use a washer and dryer. We enjoyed just being able to walk to restaurants. Would be nice to switch the beds to
wooden base, mattresses a bit hard. I think it would be nice to upgrade covers and linens in some of the bedrooms. Opening at bottom of door, so little critters were invited in. Suggested a plastic sweep at bottom of the door.
Yes, the staff was very helpful.
I didn't know about the reviews of the properties, and would be nice if Loco Gringo could
have directed us towards the review.

Everything about this rental is great. The price is worth it. You can't beat the location. My only complaint is that it there are really only 3 bedrooms. There's a fourth that's not in the main house but in a carriage house behind the main house. So really it accommidates 3 couples. The house staff is very friendly just remember that it's appropriate to tip them after your stay (about 10% of rental cost or [$] divided by the staff). There is not a better location than this. You can walk right into the ocean from the 'backyard.' We will go back for sure!
