We rented Villa Italiano for a family vacation (5 adults and two kids, ages 7 and 9). The Villa is perfect for a family vacation. There is excellent snorkeling right out the back door. The Villa is centrally located for adventures such as Chichen Itza, Coba, Tulum, eco-parks such as Xel-Ha, and amazing snorkeling in Akumal Bay and Yal Ku. The description on LocoGringo is accurate (pictures and text). We highly recommend this property - it exceeded our expectations in every way.

Great vacations!

That was our 2nd time at Villa Italiano. No major change to the beach in Akumal evn if there has been huge development in Riviera Maya over the last 5 years. The Villa is good value and functional for a party of 5-6.
