This was truly the most beautiful vacation destination I had ever experienced. The house was spactacular! It was emaculate. The rooms were fully equiped and very clean. The grounds were lush, and as you walk towards the blue ocean, the palms all around were tall and full. At night the full moon's light shined on the water as the warm wind blew. It was so romantic and breath taking. Twenty minute drive south takes you to a very modern grocery store and the citg of Tulum. Anita and her husband Chino (care givers) cooked a delicious dinner for seven on one night. The only thing was the pool was not warm, but was okay to swim in. The longer you remained in it the warmer it felt. The hot tub could only be turned on by the care giver, which, was a bit weird after a while. All else was sheer bliss! I do plan on coming back and staying here again with my folks next time.

inviting home, rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable with exceptional views
location was ideal, 5 minutes to Akumal Village and approx 15 min to Tulum
The outdoor living room is key to the experience
Kitchen is well stocked to accommodate cooks from novice to experienced...we consider ourselves amateur chefs and there wasn't a tool we didn't find!

This is a high end property with everything you will ever need. The kitchen was very well equipped. The living room has tons of space and a great tv with satelite. We couldn't get the music - stereo/radio with the outside speakers to work ... but it wasn't a big deal because we had our own ipod. Great security. The poolside sitting area was the best. The whirpool was great. The pool was well sized, but too cold to use in October. The beach is just a few steps away, with very comfortable lounge chairs. A/c is available in every room ... but at this time of year we rarely used it. There were only 4 of us on this vaction (2 adult couples) and there was enough room to have our own privacy when we wanted it ... and could easily get together when we wanted to in the living room or the pool patio and still have plenty of room.

We just arrived home from a week at Ah!Villa. Caretakers Anita and Chino took such good care of us. Even though Hurrican Rina decide to taunt us a bit, it was no problemo at the Villa. The owner came by today to see us off. Will defintely visit again

Ah Villa fits it's name! We spent a week doing everything and nothing. It was close to attractions, senotes, ruins, water parks, and the Akumal Dive Shop! We snokeled and sea kayaked right out the back door. We spent the evenings on the outdoor living room watching the bats swoop down and drink out of the pool. The house staff was amazing, better than a hotel, they cleaned the rooms daily, changing the towels every morning. And why go out to eat, when you have the best cook in Mexico living in the casita next door? We went to the grocery and bought hand trimmed Filet Mignon for 7 for $17.50 US! That is not a typo! It was amazing. We didn't see any turtles, but found out later that they hang out in Akumal bay out past the boats in the grass. We will go back!
