Casa Sophia is a beatiful home with a pool and close proximity to the beach. We had 6 kids with us, all under 4 years old and they had a great time at the pool and the beach. It's secluded so you have complete privacy. There is no microwave, but otherwise the kitchen is fully equipped for whatever you want to cook or eat.
At night we fell asleep with the doors open, listening to the sounds of the waves crashing and feeling the ocean breeze. It was wonderful. They have security at the house all day and night, plus and housekeeper who did our laundry and does dishes.
It is a short drive to get to other restaurants and shops. It's about a 25 minute drive to get to the main highway in Tulum.
We had a wonderful time and would go back again!

We loved it, and would go back in a heartbeat. Great house, views, pool, beach and access to the headquarters and activities there,including the restaurant. We didn't take the cook, so we cooked outselves part of the time. This went well, although the kitchen could use some equipment upgrades. All in all, a wonderful place.

We were there for about a week and it was better than expected. The house was clean and well appointed, and the Cesiak staff was very helpful. I believe that in the description they mention that the Cesiak restaurant is nearby, but I had no idea that we would be there multiple times a day for its great food and service.
We had a group of 10 that included 4 children and everyone had enough space. With multiple rooftop terraces, the beach right there (soft nice sand) and the pool off the main room, I really can't imagine what else someone might want. Except for maybe more people around. If so, go somewhere else because this is truly off the grid. The electricity is supplied by solar and wind and there is plenty of wildlife around.
It was mighty windy when we first arrived so the waves were pretty heavy, but by later in the week it was tranquil enough to do some snorkeling...I definitely recommend Sophia and hope to make it back!
