POOR DIRECTIONS-- THE HOTEL IS BEFORE THE BIOSPHERE GATE ,NOT AFTER THE GATE. IF YOU ARE GOING THERE TO SEE THE CALAKMUL RUINS MAKE SURE YOU GET A BOX LUNCH AT THE HOTEL AS THERE IS NO SUPPORT AT THE RUINS.ALSO IF YOU WANT A GUIDE ,GO TO THE MEUSEUM FIRST AND ASK FOR ONE.

staff very friendly,good food,nice presented,room quite big,quirky bathroom.
suggestion: a communal room to chat to other guests or read,etc.
I found the restaurant was okay for dining, but not to congregate,that was the only thing I was missing

Our bungalow was very nice. Spacious and very clean. The bed was comfortable, (the chairs were a little uncomfortable). We could hear the howler monkeys in the early morning. It was a great experience. We selected the location for its close proximity to the Calakmul ruins. We spent the day there and it was wonderful!
