this was the smallest hotel room i have ever seen.The [$] a nite rate is outrageous. It should be $20 / nite. The a/c didn't work and it had a sink the size of a soup bowl.My wife was so upset after seeing this hotel we went out and got a room at another hotel. for $72 a nite and it was much nicer and we got a free breakfast everyday.Since i prepaid for this room back in May, I was unable to get a Refund for the 3 nites that we did not stay there. And to add insult to injury, they charged my credit card a $50 charge for items that i didn't authorize. Now I'm having to dispute the charges to get my money back. Bottom line, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The pictures on the LocoGringo web site do not honestly show the true condition of this hotel.They must have done some very creative photography.So beware.

The staff were excellent! Definitely a 5 star rating for the staff. The location was great. The rooms were average. Recommended updates would be definitely be for the beds, pillows and sheets!! There is only so much the staff can do with what they have to work with. I loved the vacation, and didn't spend too much time in my room so I was fine. I would be hesitant to recommend to anyone that is picky about their room. I would definitely recommend if the sheets, beds and pillows were updated.

First off I would like to say that Loco Gringo was excellent from start to finish. The front desk staff was grea at he hotel, the servers were also excellent. The food was Ok, nothing spectacular but Ok. The beer buckets were always cold and they were quick to get them out to you. The staff was always very good at keeping track of what each person or room ordered. We never had any problem with them adding extra's. I will not extend the same comment for the beach bar to the North. ( Very shady! Cost us alot of extra $$). As for the rooms at the All-Riviera. They were clean, the beds were typical Mexico, hard with very thin bedding as expected. We did have some trouble with our air conditioner and ended up moving rooms. Overall, we had a great time with family and friends. For the price this is a nice hotel in an excellent location, Exactly what we paid for and expected!
