My friend and I liked the quiet. The accm was excellent and the price was right. A little far from downtown for 2 old ladies but still walkable.

The property is quite nice and well done. It is secluded so trips to the beach were by cab or walking.
The restaurant that was displayed and advertised on the website was not even open so we had to go into town to eat except for the breakfast that was included.

Service & Delivery comments:

The downside was that it apparently had recently changed ownership and was operating on a very tight budget. This is the only place I have stayed in Mexico where only one small bottle of water per person was provided. Additional bottles had to be purchased. We chose this place because it advertised "fully equipped kitchen" as we like to cook for ourselves. We had to pay $10US per day for dishes and pots and pans. We also had to ask MULTIPLE times for another bar of soap! The microwave was broken and had to be replaced. The safe was missing and they could not give us one to use.
All in all we were disappointed and would not stay there again.
