The rooms and the property are beautiful and artistic. We felt as if we were at a family compound. The dogs are a nice plus - my 7 yr. old daughter loved petting them every day. The pool is delightful and also a huge plus for when the ocean is choppy. The staff is wonderful and friendly. The food is delicious and the service good (if a little slow). The property is geared for relaxing - lots of little private spots with hammocks, shade structures, lounge chairs, etc.
We all woke up super early because of sun streaming in through the slats of the shades. (we were on the top floor). We needed coffee, and unfortunately breakfast does not start till 8. The wonderful cook was there at 7:30 and gave us coffee, but we had been up since 6.

We have stayed at this little gem with Elizabeth, Gi and Jorge (OWNERS) several times over the last few years. The first think you will notice when you arrive is the first class staff. They will also prepare you a homemade cold beverage of your choosing. Then the staff will assist with you getting situated in the best rooms on the water in Tulum. The staff treats you like your family... The daily menu is first class and the dinners are a dream come true. If you want a small beachfront stay with space... this is the place.. beach, sun and good waves....

Mosquito nets were terrific. Pool is clean and pretty. House margaritas were not very good (maybe not good tequila). Fruit plate for breakfast was yummy with lovely presentation.
