The hotel unfortunately ovebooked. They informed me right before my vacations, and after I have fully paid for the week. I have not been able to reach them for 7 days after I have received their cancelation email. They have not been able to provide any kind of help in relocating me. They only provided a refund 3 weeks after the incident. Please be careful. Best vacations to all.
