I stayed here with my husband, his parents and brother. We had plenty of room and enjoyed the feeling of home and the ability to buy and cook our own groceries and booze. Only draw back was the construction going on next door. If it had more of a view it would be more expensive. Good for family or groups.

Mamitas Village was a perfect spot and close to the best beach. Our unit was a penthouse and ideal for entertaining with it's private rooftop and jacuzzi. The roof could have used a little furniture however, like a table. The unit is minimal clean and modern.

My biggest drawback is BE CAREFUL of the glass railing in the stairwells. Some of the corners are chipped and on my first night my right hand was cut really deeply to the point of almost needing stitches and it is still healing 3 months later. The management office gave me some band-aids and peroxide but I feel weren't really super concerned about it. The cut is in the web of my fingers and is affecting my job back in the states.

DON"T TOUCH THE GLASS RAILING!
