Beautiful place on a rocky beach.

Beautiful, well maintained facility. We loved the unit and it's view. March tends to be windy and the wind was howling the entire week we were there, which reduced our enjoyment time and forced us to seek beaches that were not so windy, such as Akumal beach and Puerto Aventuras (facing a different direction).
Beach was rocky.

It is in a quiet location. No nightlife available. Neghborsomplained if we were up past midnight.
Fabulous beach and the Staff was the best! Had everything you need and was clean. Car needed if you are interested in leaving South Beach.

A great vacation spot.

The living room was a bit small for 4 people, but we spent most of our time on the patio anyway. You need a car, but the location was great, the beach was great, and the staff was great. The coral has been badly damaged, unfortunately, but we still enjoyed snorkeling right at our beach.

My stay at the Seven Seas was wonderful. Myself and 3 friends stayed for 7 days and couldn't have been happier. The manager Miguel is a very welcoming and friendly host and a great resource for any local info you'd want to know. I would definitely recommend the Seven Seas, it's proximity to the beach, the pool, the beautiful location and the relative privacy with Akumal just a short distance away can't be beat for the price.

This place was great. Palatial and very well equipped, even for an electronics junky like me. Portable IPOD docking stations put my tunes right by the pool! The kayaks were a blast, and the pool really refreshing. The onsite manager is one of the friendliest people we met, and delivered us breakfast one day! Check out the rooftop for great sunsets.
