Pros:

Clean Environment, Good Location, Proximity to the Beach, Quiet, Spacious rooms

Cons:

Almost no tableware, Cleaning only 2 daysweek, No internet, Oldcomputer does not work, Rather small pool, Sparse decoration

Best Uses:

Beach Vacation, Good with young children, Spending time with Family/Friends

we were told at booking that the computer was working plus internet connexion, just not true, the PC is an antique which does not work and NO Internet

almost NO tableware in the unit, we've never seen that before!

Beautiful setting

Comments about LocoGringo Real del Mar:

This was our second stay at Real Del Mar (though we were in a different condo unit). The condo is beautiful, roomy, view of the beach & water unmatched. We had problems with a broken dishwasher, lack of satellite for the TV, and washer/dryer, but the management staff tried hard to address problems. Condo is quiet, clean, pool is beautiful, and you are steps away from the marina. Even with the issues we would return to Real Del Mar is traveling to the area again.

Service & Delivery comments:

Loco Gringo was excellent in facilitating problems with the television, dishwasher, and washer/dryer.
