Comments on Yal Ku Cai: As the title says...too many units for amenities. Not enough room at the pool area for everyone. Not enough parking. Owners need to decide if this property is for "Adults" or "Families". Our last stay many adults were irritated with noisy children who took over the pool area, one unit had children, the others were all adults. You could hear them from every room...no way to escape the noise. They interfered with everybody elses vacation and tranquility. Everyone has a right to the vacation they paid for...children included. I like kids but I don't necessarily want to vacation with them. The outdoor grill needs some work.Owners should do their best to replace broken items such as deck/patio chairs so it is more useable. The staff is fabulous, Claudia, Christina and Umberto are the best and make it all that much more enjoyable.

Comments on Loco Gringo: It would be extremely helpful if you had a calendar of availability on the properties. This would save both you and your customers a great deal of time when trying to plan a trip. Many other travel sites offer this and it saves a lot of time. No constant e-mailing back and forth to get open dates.

We had a great time, relaxed with wonderful ocean views from 2 walls of windows. Beautifully designed with local craftsmanship condo. So nice to have the pool steps away and the lagoon right beside us. I would highly recommend Unit 4.

This property was just perfect. Very relaxing, quiet, just perfect. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We didn't have any problems, except not enough time. It is close to the Lagoon and a ways from the beach, but that was just fine .The kitchen is fully stocked , we used the grill by the pool a couple times. There are bikes there to use. We just absoulutly loved this property. We would come back to this property and highly recommend it to others.

Loved our trip to Yalku Cai. Out on the point gives great views and nice breezes. We were in one of the 1 bedroom penthouse units. It was very comfortable and roomy for one couple. The only downside was it is not on the beach and other than your balcony) there is no convenient place to sit on the ocean side and enjoy the sun and waves. Snorkeling is a bit of a walk (to Half Moon Bay or Yalku Lagoon). We would stay there again. It will be even better when Que Onda (a nearby Italian restaurant) reopens.

Unit 4 was absolutely gorgeous,awesome desk area with a view of the water with good wifi to keep up with emails etc .Spacious unit ,quiet ,with a nice smaller patio with 1 lounger and a chair,although,pads for the furniture,a second lounger, a table of some kind for drinks, and ashtrays(instead of using cans) would have been nice,all adjacent patios outside the units toward the water, but no one was in the unit across from us,thankfully, so was fairly private as we spend a lot of time on the patio,but has spectaclar view up and down the coast,and awesome wave noise from the rocks.
Nice pool with outdoor showers,grill to use,But only 5 loungers for like 6 units so had to toss off towles left to hold empty chairs,but had no chair wars with anyone, a few more would avoid people feeling weird about using a chair! LOL ,and a super short walk to snorkel the lagoon,without having to pay at the public access every time you want to go.Beautiful furnishings fans,tilework was spectacular,nice linens and a kitchen with every appliance and nice cookware and dishes etc,everything just like home,first class, foil, baggies, paperware,spices,etc everything usually missing in most condos,made a huge difference having everything you needed,and not having to buy and leave it all behind.
Views of the coast from every window in the unit and had 2 toilets for a no waiting for a turn in the mornings !A stereo with usb or ipod would have been a big plus,the little radio provided did not work,and watching the fixed mount tv was a limnited view where a swivel mount ,would make it watchable from anywhere in the unit,had Seattle and Detroit channels so got to keep up on news etc,but could only see it from one small section of the couch, and luckily it was cloudy and cooler for our visit so the 1 larger ac unit that was broken really wasnt needed,and the smaller working unit cooled it sufficiently !:-)This place is our new favorite and a couple small tweaks would make it the best unit we have ever stayed in and will be back again !If an airbed was available there is plenty of room to bring kids and allow for more people in this large unit.We were just a couple ,but could easily accomodate a small family !
