very nice location. near restaurants. right on beach. a bit rocky but great snorkeling if it there aren't waves. Service was top notch. Rooms very clean. our unit #10 was recessed so view was nice but not 360. Would definitely return. Also, locogringo was very helpful. thanks, Bart!

great location about 1 mile form town, we rented a four person golf cart, which we used everyday. Central Air and CLEAN water is key, and this is the only condo which offers both. Staff is top notch.. We will retrun for sure.

We had an awesome vacation in Akumal, Mexico. When we arrived at the Playa Caribe we walked upstairs to our condo #8 I was floored. We had the best view of the entire Halfmoon Bay. Our balcony was extremly large (lounge chair and patio set). We spent hours reading from our balcony and watching the sea turtles swimming in the ocean. We snorkeled every day (we had the bay practically to ourselves). We are taking our kids back next year for a family vacation.

We had absolutely no problems. Steps to the pool. Steps to the beach. A short swim to snorkeling. A short walk to two restaurants. Loved the architecture and interior design. The bowl of fresh fruit was a very pleasant surprise and made us feel we had chosen the right place immediately. We were on the 4th floor and did not mind the stairs, but elderly persons and some others may want to stay on lower floors (no elevator).

Service & Delivery comments:

Staff was eager to assist in any way. They: helped with materials to repair snorkel, gave advice on activities, kept pool and property very clean, our maid (Patricia) cleaned well each day with a friendly greeting. The staff offered to arrange tours and adventure type activities, but we chose to be our own guide. This would certainly be helpful to many guests.
