Great setting. Beautiful beach, very quiet. It would be great to add a 0ne-man kayak to the 2- man kayak already on the property.

Very nice stay. Great to have a house keeper and gardener on the premise. Also a guard at night on the grounds. Good location, walk to town on the beach and also short walk to smaller bay and beach with great snorkeling. We were lucky as we were the only people staying and we didn't have to share the pool. Quiet at night and good beds. One problem with the water so we were had no water one afternoon- seems to be a septic problem at the condo but probably only a temporary thing. Overall we would go back and enjoyed the stay.

Our stay at Ruby Moon was great. It is very well suited to large groups renting both sides. When we stayed we had the whole place to our selves there was four of us and there was plenty of room.[...],[...] and especially [...] were great!! They took very good care of us.One morning there was a baby turtle in the pool our girls let it go in the ocean. Turtle nests all up and down the beach. Ocean acess is not the best on this bay but we could walk in on sand right in front of Jade moon. Akumal is just a short 2-3 min car ride up the highway and that is one of the best places I have ever seen for swiming and snorkeling for both young and old. We swam with turles and stingrays both out front of Jade moon and in Akumal.Tulum is just 15 min by car down the road with lots of amenities.

Spent the first week of August with the family at Jade Moon Villa, had a great time, the weather was perfect! The staff was very friendly, professional and helpful. They got us hammocks and secured them in the yard for us. My daughter has a baby and they got us a crib and a high chair. The property was clean and well appointed. The beach is right in front of the house, sandy and crystal clear, and we enjoyed using the kayaks. The location is very good since it is very private, but close enough to Akumal to go to all the restaurants in the area. The maid and the janitor were there every day to clean and keep the property spotless. We would definitely recommend the property to others who want a relaxing family vacations. The only problem we had was in locating the manager upon arrival since one of the AC upstairs was not working. It took a while to locate him. Once he got there he fixed it right away and we had no further problems. The property is described as having central AC, the downstairs has central AC but the two bedrooms upstairs have individual units. This was not a problem, just wanted to correct the information.
