Enjoy these 1 & 2 bedroom condos with AC, full kitchens, spacious living rooms, Sat TV, DVD & Wifi. All units have king beds and patios or balconies on the beach. Great view. This is a wide sandy beach, great for beach lovers! Daily maid service.

We have enjoyed staying at U Nah Kin many, many times and it just keeps getting better. This is a perfect beach location to enjoy picking up your groceries at local markets and kicking around the condo. Situated perfectly between Playa and Tulum, just to the South of Akumal, everything you need is close enough to explore and find. [...] will spoil you! We can't wait for our next trip.

Fabulous..right on the beach. The main living area looks out on the water so if you need some inside time you can still see the main attraction. The kitchen had everything we needed. Great price for all you get. Nice and clean too. We would go there again. I can hear the waves now... and I'm back home land locked.

Great Condo!!

Clean Environment, Friendly & Helpful Staff, Good Atmosphere, Good Location, Good Value, Proximity to the Beach, Spacious rooms, Very close to Akumal, Very well equipped, Well-Appointed

Cons:

Few walk-to options, Hemmed in by big AIs, Waves were an issue

Best Uses:

A base for exploring, Adult Vacation, Beach Vacation, Romantic Getaway, Spending time with Family/Friends

Great place, owner and staff were wonderful! Right on the beach.
Very well maintained by the staff.
Beach had more waves and rocks than I would like. The AIs at each end of the bay make it difficult to take a long walk on the beach.
