The Reef C was all we needed!

We stayed last week at THE REEF unit C. It was awesome! Sitting on the patio in the morning, drinking coffee and watching the turtles swimming right off the shore was amazing. Everything in the condo worked fine and with the patio doors open the breeze kept us cool. The only negative I would state is like in all of Mexico..the bed is rock hard. Other then that this is a well appointed condo and the beach is amazing!!!

We stayed in Unit B, ground floor center.I loved the location, the view is spectacular and location is great. It will take me 10 vacations to explore everything within a half hour of this place. The condo had everything we needed and more and was roomy and clean. The staff responded quickly to any concerns. Even during spring break the beach was uncrowded.

Our stay was great. Staff not very helpful or logical, i.e. seemed to start all noisy work (drilling, pounding, etc.) right @ siesta time! Why wasn't this work done in the off-season instead of @ the height of high season? No consistency as maid would come @ diff time everday...sometimes not til we were ready to get showers to go out for dinner...6pm! Also, they had 6 beach chairs for 6 units-ridiculous!

We had the best experience. The staff was fantastic. We stayed in Condo B...coffee and drinks on the beach, snorkeling and swimming right outside the patio doors...view of Ocean and beach from all rooms including the shower! It was a great couples getaway, next time bring the kids...maybe..:)We stayed in Mexico for two weeks, the first at an all-inclusive the second here...next time...all here! 5 minute walk to the swing bar...La Buena Vida! Could not have been any better!

We have stayed here three times. Large space, great rooftop view. Nice kitchen bar. Plenty of space to cook if you choose. Close to Yakul Lagoon for great inland snorkeling. Can snorkel and swim with turtles right outside of the condo. Close to restuarants in Akumal and easy to get to Tulum and Playa Del Carmen.

Service & Delivery comments:

We had no issues. But staff always quick tp respond to needs. We will stay again.
