These comfy condos have a great spot on Half Moon Bay beach. Take your pick of a 1 or 2 bedrooms with full kitchen and living areas facing the beach. Some have air conditioning and all have Satellite TV. Restaurants nearby.

I really appreciated how well equipped the room was. Not "luxurious" but extremely comfortable and everything you could need. Plus, having the beach right at your feet and the ocean view from pretty much anywhere inside made the whole experience mind-blowing.

One thing that I didn't realize until I got there was that the snorkeling right there in the bay is awesome!

Service & Delivery comments:

The staff was really friendly and helped us find a number of places around town, and the rooms were SUPER clean - on the beach, that's no small feat.

Love the location. Grocery and entertainment close by. Good choices for restaurants and eating out if you choose. We love snorkeling at YalKu and Half Moon Bay. Very quiet. Not a place to go if looking for the night life.

Staff was helpful in recommending bike rentals.
The kitchen even had a new blender!
The queen bed was very comfortable.
We always felt safe there.
The price was in line with the area.

WE enjoyed a fantastic week at Luna Azul. The location could not be bettered.
The apartment isn't huge but it doesn't have to be as you are literally on the beach. The apartment's only TV was in the main bedroom so it meant the kids congregated in there. On occasion we looked out from the balcony and were able to see a turtle, a ray and a shoal of large parrot fish in the waters below!
The only safety problem is that the balcony only has two wooden rails between you and the beach 3 storeys below. Our youngest child was 10 so not a problem but you would not want to rent this if you have toddlers/young children.
Don't know if there was air con bu the breezes through the apartment meant we wouldn't have neede it anyway.

Service & Delivery comments:

We had a power cut (fuse went due to too many things switched on together?)and lost hot water for a while. Once we reported the faults, both were dealt with very promptly by the friendly maintenance staff.
This resort is a little out in the sticks so these sorts of things seem to crop up now and again.
Service was always good (including the maids)
