Was concerned that this location could be noisy late at night but was fine. We had the third floor penthouse with a private pool. Very nice and the parking is a bonus in this location. There were not enough kitchen supplies such as a pitcher, fry pan or spatula. Why have a kitchen, dishes and and not cookware? Strange. We bought a few things to get by and it worked out. Would recommend all units here. Shared pool on the roof would be no issue.

My husband and I wanted to stay a few nights in Playa del Carmen as it had been awhile since we had visited. Nolita was perfect for us! It is centrally located on 5th Avenue and close to the beach. The rooftop deck and pool was a great place to hang out at Sunset and the condo was very spacious and comfortable. Plus, the underground parking was a nice extra!
