This was our first family trip to mexico and stay in a condo vs an all inclusive. Really enjoyed the quiet and laid back atmosphere of a condo vacation- definitely a good choice for us....the Elements was quiet and comfortable, and we never had to fight for Beach space or poolside chairs which was perfect. Damien was great and super helpful. Our only complaint was that the plumbing was in need of some major repairs ( leak from rooftop shower as well as washing machine and toilet block) We own a plumbing company in Canada so it was actually very funny!!- at the END of our holiday!! Our unit was also not as well equipped as we would have liked in the kitchen. But overall our family had a wonderful holiday and Christmas vacation at the ELEMENTS
