Great place, good location

Clean Environment, Friendly & Helpful Staff, Good Atmosphere, Good Value, Spacious rooms, Well-Appointed

Having the owner leaving on the premises helped a lot. Any issues, and there wasn't any big one's, could be managed on the spot. A bit far from the beach, 4 kms, but the cost for a taxi was only $4.00 CAD each way which wasn't that bad. Tulum Pueblo is a great little town. The condos are closed to everything: public transport, restaurant, banks, grocery store. Great time!

A little jewel in Tulum City

Would say that we did enjoy our stay but that the noise in the morning was not good as the Villas are next door to where garbage trucks come and go.The smell emanated we believe from the bathrooms and poor sewage which is not the owners fault. They could use some more cutlery and dishes. The owners were very nice and the man who manages the property was delightful. We would recommend it especially for people who want to be in Tulum city and do not need to get to the beach as the pool is right at the front door.
