location on the a beautiful lagoon permits wonderful safe swimming and bird watching. Roof deck is a terrific place for reading and being outdoors without sand or sunburn.

The place is nice enough, but make sure they are not having a wedding on the property or the owners are having a massive party before you book, which both happened to us, and it was very intrusive until the wee hours of the morning. We came to relax and have quiet time, and we got one big party. The condo itself is very nice, the access to the lagoon is wonderful, the view is outstanding. This unit is right on the entrance to Yalku and a cafe for the lagoon is actually conntected to your building. It gets very noisy until dusk when the tourists leave.If you can tolerate noise, then it's ok...

David and Nancy have the best location in Akumal! More beautiful than the pictures. Peaceful and relaxing. We had a fantastic week and look forward to visiting again.
