We had Jade Moon Villas all to ourselves when we stayed there last month. We enjoyed the quiet and privacy.
We would walk to Akumal everyday which was only 20 minutes north. This was a short walk on the beach to all the shops and restaurants.
The price was right.

Our stay at the property was what we needed, quite time, on the beach and snorkeling. That part was awesome. The two people who took care of the place were awesome, very friendly and helpful. I was very disappointed that we did not get to meet the manager, I felt he should have come and made us feel welcome. We were lucky in that we had the whole place to ourselves, I think if there were other guests there it could be awkward or fun, depending on the people.
Pearl Moon was exactly what we expected the only suggestion I have is they need new sheets and possibly a new bed, otherwise,we had a great time.

Norma, the housekeeper was wonderful and Paulino the caretaker was also great. Clean, quite, close to the beach, good swimming pool. The bathroom faucet leaked and needs to be maintained. Great value.

Looking at the villa is not particularly pleasant. Good access to beach. Staff, Paulino and Norma, are good people. Known for years. The mattress could be replaced. Not much in the way of cooking utensils, but made it work. The garden and pool area is nice in the event there are heavy winds. Most importantly, it depends on who is renting the villa and their attitutes about who is staying in the casita. Some folks think they own the federal zone. Interesting.

terrific pool, right on the quiet and beautiful jade bade. We walked to akumal on the beach in 15 to 20 minutes. Loved having the kayaks there. We rented a house on our last trip for three times as much money and had a better trip at Pearl Moon.
