I would like to say my wife and I spent the week of feb 12 to the 19th 2012, in this resort. This resort was very very clean staff worked extreamly hard and were very freindly and accomodating. Location excellent 15 minute walk to PlayaDel Carmen where there was lots of shopping and things to do. If you wanted to go to Cosomel it was a short walk and a nice day trip or a taxi ride was 70 pesos about 8 dallors.Food was good not great alacarts book all 3 as soon as you can ,Asian,Mexican and Italion. All in all we had a great trip I can,t say enough about all of the staff they are incredible Thanks again.

My family and I loved it. We would like to go again when we plan another family vacation. Place is beautiful, service is great and room accomodation is good. I recommend tourists to visit this resort its worth it.

Main Dining room was just too hot. Everhthing else was fantastic, including food and drinks.

#1.They removed & replace tile & concrete outside of our room for 4 days even with the do not disturb sign on door. #2.The have a limit on how cool the rooms can be, the room would not cool any lower than 80 degrees, it was 85 degrees in our room most of the time. 3.The maids would leave the door open while cleaning and let gnats and mosquitos in so at night you would sweat and get ate to death.#3.There are limits on how many time you can eat in the Speciality restaurants: example: we stayed 5 nights, so we were only aloted 2 reservations in the Speciality restaurants. So, if you stay less nights than that I guess you only get 1 reservation. Also, you can not call to make the reservation you must walk up to the front desk (2 blocks away) to make the reservations, just to be told there are no open reservations. That is so lame! #4 Ok, some good things. The waiters & bartenders are great they work very hard and are very nice. #5 The maids are all very hard working and nice, just wish they would keep the doors shut and leave more towels and bottled water, less pop! #6 The hotel is located on an awesome beach you can not ask for a better location the beach is incedible!!!
