The experience at the hotel was anything but grand, i would NOT recommend this hotel to friends or family, they had AWFUL customer service, the facilities were falling apart, the food was awful and overall our experience was very very poor. wish i had done more research and really looked at the reviews more closely before booking. beware!

Same buffet over and over became tiresome. I was there with a large group for a wedding and almost everyone cut their foot in the pool. Staff was friendly for the most part, just really unreliable.

The landscaping is superb, the facilities at the highest standard -- well appointed and exceptionally clean
Complete with rose petals on the bed and in the bathroom, immediate golf-cart transportation when called for, and honesty the watchword (we lost a SEIKO watch that was returned by the room maid) --the service was friendly and above expectations.

The property was great. Very good food/restaurants. The entertainment and bar in the evenings was very good. Staff could be more friendly - more so the bartenders. Most of them acted like you're a bother. All in All, would definitely go back.
