Great adults only AI resort on wide powdery Xpu-Ha beach with many restaurants, pools, bars, jacuzzis and a water sports center. Choose from 244 rooms and Jr. suites, all with AC, Satellite TV, phone, marble bathroom, terrace and 1 king or 2 double beds. Xpu-Ha beach is one of the best on the coast!

We've been to at least 8 different resorts on the Mayan Riviera/Yucatan and Xpu-Ha beach at the Catalonia Royal Tulum is by far the best.

Since it is the only resort on the beach, you get to enjoy the full expanse of this stunningly beautiful beach.

The property is very clean and beautifully maintained. The walkway to the beach is full of wildlife to enjoy. The food is fabulous, plentiful and delightful. The pool and beach areas are immaculate. The lounge chairs are plentiful and the resort has everything one could need to never leave!

We loved the property and would stay here again. The only real negative was we had booked a king bed and got two doubles and the room was pretty plain. Didn't matter much though as we weren't in the room all that much!

The resort is beautiful, and the longer we were there, the more we appreciated the attention to detail that the staff/management exhibited. The only con for us was the resort's beach. It is very small and very crowded. However, on either side of the resort is an expansive beach which you're free to explore and enjoy, so that somewhat remedies the problem. A great place for an all-adult getaway!
