The experience started rocky with not having rooms as described by the booking agency. The hotel staff was very positive and helpful. There was some type of NOISE going on all night and all day!!! Some of our family changed rooms three times to find some quiet, it did not happen. Overall it was a nice facility. We enjoy shelling, there were no shells and not far to walk on the beach.

Very comfortable and relaxing holiday. New to the experience but felt at ease with all the service and entertainment. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Staff work hard to keep to entertained. Food was always great with varies selections to pick from to eat. No complaints.

OMG we love this place, will be there for the 3rd year in a row. The property is great, not luxurious but has all you need and location, location, location. I have a 8 year old an he loves it, we don't have to worry about him at all.

Rooms were pretty and we had a great view. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. Some fun activities to do at the resort. Close by to many family activities outside of resort.

I have been to Mexico numerous times, and usually stay at El Dorado Royale, which is fantastic, but tried something new. This was a horrible experience. Rude, unhelpful stay, very below average food, not at all a 5 or 6 star resort that they claim. DO NOT GO
