Enjoy this 5 star quality all inclusive paradise of manicured jungle, gardens and a magnificent white powdery beach. There are 4 swimming pools, many restaurants, activities & water sports and very comfortable air conditioned rooms.

Pros:
Beautiful property, Clean Environment, Good Location, Proximity to the Beach, Spacious rooms
Cons:
Bad Food/Beverage Options, Food poor for cost, Rooms smelled moldy, Staff were disengaged

This is a 3 star hotel/property with 1 star food and beverages. Most of the staff were disengaged, wouldn't even say hello. We tipped regularly even though it was an all inclusive, we barely got a gracias. Would not return to this hotel, which is a shame since the beaches in the Akumal area are beautiful.
Bell staff and housekeeping were excellent.
